Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The role involves overseeing all marketing activities, managing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid platforms
  • Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for all campaigns
  • Manage and guide marketing/creative team members and external vendors
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Develop and manage the company’s brand positioning and communication strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years proven experience in marketing (fintech or tech industry is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing budgets and campaigns
