Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MD and management staff to develop operational goals and plans in line with the company’s strategy.
• Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements across different departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with the finance department to set budgets, monitor spending, and ensure maximum operational efficiency in financial terms.
• Ensure all operations comply with quality standards and legal regulations.
• Engage with various internal stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure operations align with market needs.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technological platforms and software meet operational requirements.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Stay updated with the latest operational trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 2-4 years relevant work experience.
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with major stakeholders.
