Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MD and management staff to develop operational goals and plans in line with the company’s strategy.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvements across different departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the finance department to set budgets, monitor spending, and ensure maximum operational efficiency in financial terms.
- Ensure all operations comply with quality standards and legal regulations.
- Engage with various internal stakeholders, including the sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure operations align with market needs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure technological platforms and software meet operational requirements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Stay updated with the latest operational trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 2-4 years relevant work experience.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with major stakeholders.
